Thanksgiving Celebration at Dylan's School

Today is the day before Thanksgiving. We had a Thanksgiving feast at Dylan's school. The kids had fun. We have so much to be thankful for. We are blessed in so many ways.

It has a been a very busy week. Work has been busy. Many transports and a babe on ECMO. I have had to take Dylan out of bed several times and placed him in the sleep room. He has been so good about it all. I think the older he gets the more he understands the importance of my job. Baby Reese went to Heaven on October 30th. On her first birthday. She was an amaxing baby with the greatest family. Please keep them in their prayers in the days to come.

Skate night and friends

Granada Hills Baptist had their first skate night of the year. The kids had a great time as usual.

Madison Grace

Ou dear friends Scott and Jennifer had their baby girl on Sunday. She is beautiful. Dylan seems to think that she is going to be like his little sister.

DAY OFF FROM SCHOOL

Yesterday Dylan's school was canceled because of the fires being close by and all the smoke. It was a quiet day. He had a big project that he had finished over the weekend. He came with me to work in the afternoon. His project was on the Tiger. School is going well. He is doing great and having fun.

ECMO Conference

I am at the ELSO ECMO Conference in San Diego with my two good friends, Beverly and Lorilee. We are having a great time. I miss Dylan alot, but I will be home on Wednesday. Dylan if you are reading this, I love you and miss you. Have fun at school this week. I will see you on Wednesday.

A good Saturday

Today was my great niece's first birthday. It was fun to hang out with family and friends. Adaline is beautiful. Dylan's best friend Jack came over to play tonight. They are having a blast together. We miss him so much since he changed schools recently. I am going to San Diego tommorow for an ECMO conference. Dylan is going to stay with Janice and Rick. Baby Resse is doing better-praise God.

Please Pray

Please pray for my dear friends the Kostjuk's. Baby Reese is not doing well and my friend's hearts are hurting. Please pray that God guides them in the next few days and they will hear His voice and feel the love that He has for them as well as the love that so many people in this world have for them. They have been such an example to me during the time that I have known them. Also pray for Dylan. His best friend Jack changed schools today. He is missing him so much already.

First Day of 4th Grade

Today was the first day of 4th grade. It is bittersweet. My baby is growing up so fast. We are going to miss the summer days at the beach!

End of Summer

Today was our official last day of summer. We spent it at my sister and brother-in-law's house, Janice and Rick's. Dylan spent some time at his friend's house down the block. It was a nice relaxing day.

I have decided to start a blog. Dylan goes back to school Tuesday. We have been playing the last two days. We went to Legoland yesterday and the beach today. We had a great time doing both things. It was fun to hang out with our dear friends Davie and Dillion.
